13 Ordering & Returns
You can Order Products in the following ways:
1. Online via this website;
2. by email
3. by phoning our order hotline and placing a credit card order
When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email should there be any problems. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and a credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo). We aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your Order.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.
By offering a trade discounted service, ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS ltd will aim to offer these goods for delivery at the soonest of opportunities by providing the ‘buyer’ with an expected delivery date. At times unforeseeable incidents result in a delay in delivery, should this be the case, Ultimate hair extensions will not be solely responsible for this. Once a Trade order has been pledged, a binding contractual agreement between the two parties has taken place. Trade orders are tailor made at our Australia wareouse from production so cannot be cancelled, stopped or re-routed to a different address. Refunds confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

We always try to make sure that the prices on ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify
customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or debit card.

Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using are strictly not available on Trade orders placed by email, phone or via the Internet. The contractual agreement with a Trade order means that the 'buyer' shall have full responsibility to accept the stock upon delivery and payment is required up front before a Trade order is processed. The buyer shall be notified of a tracking number for their goods sent from our overseas warehouse. Ultimate Hair Extensions ltd has the right to cancel any Trade order at any time. Hair Extensions Now ltd shall at no time be liable for any loss of business or mitigating circumstances due to the delay in a delivery or cancellation of your order. It is the Trade ‘buyer’s sole responsibility if they choose to sell items they do not have at hand.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your Products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM are not responsible for them.
ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM aims to deliver Products to destinations worldwide and within Australia with either a express or registered Delivery or 1-6 day delivery (Registered australia post) in most circumstances however this will be fulfilled·so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.Please note items outside Australia are only sent registered mail if purchased via our web store if you purchase from our regular destination store location page items will be send regular air mail and Ultimate hair extensions will not be held responsible for any items lost in the mail. Ultimate hair extensions advise you purchase and pay for registered mail service.
If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Australia post usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. We cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive in the estimated time frame;
Please Order from ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM cannot be responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. If you are not completley satisfied with your purchase, you can make a refund request located in the 'contact us' section of our site. Returns sent back to us before requests are made will not be refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the returned item is your responsibilty until it reaches us, we therfore advise you send all returned items by a signed/tracked courier service that will insure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive with us or are deemed lost by your courier and no refunds will be given on items that do not arrive back with us. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked courier service, they will be able to help locate the item.
We will issue a full product refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different length / colour if preferred. Please note: This does not apply to items that have been opened and in any way tried on or used in accordance with AUSTRALIA Hygiene legislation. In accordance with AUSTRALIAN Hygiene Legislation and our Terms & Conditions, the return of hair products is not accepted should the item show evidence of being opened or in any way tried on, used or worn. Upon quality inspection, should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, an online credit will be issued to your account for you to use, not a refund. The returned product must be un-opened and in the same condition as when you received it. All packaging and labels must be in tact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return
If you require a different product (rather than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
15 Governing law and jurisdiction
Upon entering the ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM site you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, . Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trade marks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the Scottish Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
16 Entire agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of ULTIMATEHAIREXTENSIONS.COM
We have dispatch offices world-wide. If a hair extensions item is out of stock in your country it will be shipped from another. All items are shipped within 5 business days and take approx 7-10 busniess days to arrive. Postage is free so there is no tracking but proof of dispatch will be provided on all orders if needed.
